we have TPS65910A3A1 FA issue and want to check TPS65910A3A1 pin to GND impendence to verify issue.
From DS page 7, Pin34(GND1),Pin43(GND2),Pin15(GNDIO),Pin17(REFGND), these pins should be all GND pins.
but i measure Pin34 to Pin43/15/17/thermal pad impendence. they are all open.
May we chech the status is normal? and how to measured Pin to gnd impendence?
