    I think you are really asking what the input current to the PMIC will be. Quiescent current is only tested in non switching conditions. For your question, you are operating the power supply with a light load. You may be able to estimate the input current using the efficiency plots in the datasheets....

    Jarel, Yes, this is the correct layout recommendation for the grounds on the TPS65023. Additionally, we suggest connecting AGND1 and AGND2 under the IC.
