Q: TPS65023 DC and LDO max output capacitance load by 579160
From TPS65023 datasheet, we only get the minimum normal input/output capacitor value, what are their maximum values?

There is no upper limit on the input capacitors.
Any deviation from typical capacitor values on the output will have to be evaluated in terms of frequency response. The DCDC converters and LDOs are internally compensated for the capacitance in the datasheet. You could increase the capacitance by a factor of 2 but must check stability with a bode plot or load transients.
