Is TPS2379  compatible with Cisco UPOE?

    I see the datasheet application describe Universal Power Over Ethernet (UPOE) Compliant Devices, but not sure UPOE standard from Cisco.
    Thank you for your reply.

    And can use TPS23754 with a external pass transistor replaces the TPS2379?
    How to turn on the external pass transistor after inrush.

    Attached is a short description of a circuit used to boost PD current using the TPS23754 in a 4 pair high power configuration.
