I have a question about the accuracy of the TPS2384's ADC converter (the relationship with the temp. in the entire temp. range). Thanks for your help.
Specifically, are you interested to know the "Port temperature A/D conversion" tolerance over the device temperature range? If so, I can check if there is unit test data available for this parameter.
I want to know the accuracy of the "Port current A/D conversion scale factor" ,and I also want to know how it changes when the temperature is changing? Thanks.
Data from 30 devices tested on port 4 from 20mA-300mAcan be summarized as follows:
-40C: Min=34.075, Avg=35.442, Max=36.389, Stdev=0.5353
25C: Min=34.242, Avg=35.437, Max=36.221, Stdev=0.4413
125C: Min=34.385, Avg=35.327, Max=35.910, Stdev=0.3393
