Dear,

I'm Tung Ngo, I'm a new member in PoE section.

File attachment are schematic and layout, please help to review and give us some recommends/suggestions.

With this design, is there any critical problem for EMI/EMC, noise, thermal?

Could you provide us the Layout file with Allegro/CAD of module TPS23754EVM-383?

Thanks

Tung

    Dear Eric Wright,

Could you please help to review schematic & Layout file that I attach in previous posted.

    1. Our design is using power from both PSE & +48V input from Auxiliary adapter. Your reference schematic note that can support Adapter from 33 - 57VDC input, we just make sure TPS23754 can work well with +48VDC in.
    2. Our layout team has followed the layout guide line from TPS23754EVM-383, but we still need your side help to review the layout once again: especially focus on EMI/EMC, Thermal, Noise interference and Stability.
We almost finish the layout and plan to release Gerber for 1st build by tomorrow (Mar 20, 2012).
Because the importance of this high volume design, schedule hit to us any delay would affect to the product development, we really need TI's urgently help to carefully review the schematics and Layout file in attachment.
    Thanks
    Tung
