The OFF pin in H or L does not influence the output.

what may be the reason?

i use 2 lm5050-1 to select the hight voltag source between 2. 21 volt and 28 volt. it work fine.

but the OFF function does not work

can some one help?

LM5050-x OFF pin disables the internal reverse comparator and the active gate drive circuitry, and connects the GATE pin to the IN pin so that the MOSFET Vgs is 0.0V and the MOSFET is OFF.

HOWEVER ... the MOSFET has an internal body diode that will conduct if : 'Vin - Vout > 0.6V'. In this case the MOSFET body diode becomes an inefficient OR-ing diode. See your MOSFET spec-sheet for a characteristic curve for 'Vsd, Body Diode Forward Voltage', or similar.
