    How was the current measured? The current waveform seems to be delayed from the time the FLTTIM waveform starts to rise. From the FLTTIM waveform, it appears that the timer runs for some time then shuts off as current falls. Then restarts again (probably due to a current event).

    There is a PSPICE model on the TPS2350 Product page which can be helpful with the timing chart. Also, since the TPS2350 shares the same hot swap architecture as TPS239x those datasheets have better o-scope graphics in them than the TPS2350 datasheet.
