How much about the offset if using TPS2410/TPS2411 bidirectional blocking circuit?

Dear Sir/Madam,

We plan to use TPS2410/11 to design. However, we found there are some words about page 22 of tps2410 datasheet:

Inserting this protection circuit creates a small offset in the forward regulation and threshold voltage.

Our question is:

How much is the offset? The forward voltage from spec is about 10mV, is the offset far way from that? Which factors determine the offset?
