could you please help?

thank you in advance

  • Did the convergence problem occur using the unchanged PSPICE model as downloaded from the web site or did you make some changes prior to having the convergence issues. If the model was unchanged then I can try it but if the model was changed then I may not be able to help.
  • hi, here is the comment form my customer.

    1. The PSPICE model is as downloaded from the website, have nothing change, only some components have be changed from me.

    regards,

    kamal

  • I downloaded the model from the webite and then unzipped it to my hard drive. I opened the project file using Cadence Design Entry CIS and then ran the simulation without making any changes to the schematc. The simulation ran in ~15 seconds successfully.
SInce you changed some of the component values, I will need to know the specific details of what you changed before being able to help further. One thing you can try is to edit the simultion profile options including some of the auto-convergence items. This may allow your simulation to run more smoothly.
