Hi

My Customer has question at TPS2393A malfunction.

Circuit diagram Please see the attached file.

GATE is not ON as a phenomenon.

The voltage of each pin at this time is described below.

INSA=-47.2V、INSB=-47.2V、EN=-39.5V、FAULT=-0.4V、

PG=-0.4V、UVLO=-40.0V、OVLO=-47.2V

Pin voltage is I think that there is no problem.

And FAULT signal is not output.But PG signal is not output.

Please tell me anytime soon if there is to be considered something.
