Even if Thermal pad is connected to GND(0V), is it no problem?

(Connected to GND in an inner layer via beer, etc.)

And, Is there a problem besides the influence of noise?

Were you asking if there is any other concern about power pad grounding? Such as noise? Please state your question more clearly.
