Hi,

May you help to clarified what is the minimum cap value required for OUT pin (pin #12) which is connected to VBUS?  I saw it's 150uF in our TI design schematics.  Is it possible that we only implement 100uF here?  What is the risk?

    The 150uF capacitor we use on our EVMs is chosen to meet the USB specification's Hub capacitance value of 120uF. the TPS2546 doesn't require this capacitance to operate properly but we do recommend enough capacitance to help prevent reverse voltage on the output terminal when hot plugging in inductive cables.
