Confused about TPS2115 operation.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2115

I am using the TPS2115 to switch between an always on linear supply (IN2) and a switched 5V source (IN1).  Here is a snippet of the schematic:

When the switched source is ON, the D0 input is high - when the switched source is OFF, the D0 input is low.  According to the TPS2115 datasheet when input D0 is high and D1 is low (switched source is ON), the output should be from input IN1 (the switched source) and the STAT output should be low.  Conversely, when input D0 and D1 are both low (switched source is OFF), the output should be from input IN2 (the linear supply) and the STAT output should be Hi-Z.

What I am observing is that the output is always from IN2 (the linear supply) and that the STAT output is opposite to the desired state (Hi-Z when the switched source is ON; low when the switched source is OFF).  Is the datasheet incorrect or am I missing something.  The output of the linear supply is 5.065V and the switching supply is 4.975 but the truth table indicates the relative voltages are Don't Care when input D1 is tied low.
