Please let me know the pin connection when we use TPS2320 with single channel.
According to datasheet, it is described that the IN2 pin should be grounded.
Is it OK that ISET2 and ISENSE2 pin are left open? Or should we connect these pin to GND too?

The DS clearly says to short IN2 to GND, only, you are correct. It would be good to short Iset2 and Isense 2 to gnd through 0 ohm resistors. What isn't clear on the DS is how Fault responds with just IN2 shorted. IN2 supports the charge pump for channel 2 but the alarm circuit is supported by IN1 and to be 100% certain no inadvertent Fault is tripped - even in odd circumstances that would not show in a lab test, short these inputs to gnd through the 0 ohm resistors. To know more, I will need to review the IC data base with IC designer, who is out until later this week. When done, if the 0 ohm can be removed, I will let you know.

Did the customer see the TPS2330? It is essentially a single channel version of the TPS2320 but adds PG function.

Thank you for your reply.
Our customer had not seen TPS2330 because TPS2320 is proven device for them and TPS2330 has not been registered.

Our customer already designed TPS2320 circuit with ISET2 and ISENSE2 are left open.
We would like to know this has any problem.

It is ok to float Iset2 and Isense2 as long as IN2 is shorted to gnd. The comparator that Iset2 and Isnse2 feed is not active with IN2 short so any inputs on those lines will not cause a Fault.
