Please let me know about TPS2049 current limit operation.
TPS2049 has IOS(100mA to 200mA) characteristic and IOC_trip(max 325mA). What is these difference?
Is the output current limited to IOS value by detecting IOC_trip threshold?

If it is so, does load current once flow up to 325mA?

    These older power switch's have current limit peaking (see a description on page 15, 8.3.4, figure 22 of )

    Basically, the older parts must hit IOC first and then will throttle back to IOS afterwards. This may not be desirable in your system so please consider the newer TPS20xxC family of USB power switch (or TPS2552/3 if needing an adjustable IOS below 500mA).
