When the OC terminal is pulled up 3.3V without voltage on IN terminal,

is there any problem?

Reverse leakage is actually tested by applying voltage to OUT with IN grounded.

I'm sorry but let me ask you additional a question.

I think that the voltage doesn't apply from OC terminal to IN terminal under that condition.

Is this recognition correct?

Hi Yokota,
Please do not hesitate to ask should you have any further or new questions, so the 3.3V and the 5V could come from different power sources, also you may have the 3.3V source on while the 5V source still off until a sink is attached to the port, is that what you are asking?

I would like to confirm whether IN terminal is 3.3V when I don't apply the voltage to IN terminal and I apply 3.3V to OC terminal as your answer.

I understood that there is a possible that IN terminal is similar voltage with OC terminal under that condition.

I am sorry if I missed your point in your last post and I wanted to clarify and thank you for considering TI devices.
Yes, supply voltage on IN terminal can be off when OC\ terminal is being pulled high by (a different voltage supply than IN terminal supply) through a pull-up resistor.
