Dear,, Sir. 

LM5060-Q1 datasheet defines VGATE-CLAMP=typ. 16.8V. 

1. Is it for clamping GATE to VOUT.?

2. IGATE-CLAMP=0.1mA . How much is the capable maximum current 

    driven by the internal Zener?

    Hi Sakai-san,

    Your assumption is correct on the first question. The internal zener diode is used to protect the FET. Most FET's have a Vgs max rating of 20V. If the current is flowing from p to n junction of the diode (like in Figure 32), then the max current flowing into the OUT pin is around 4mA (page 28 of datasheet). Remember that this value isn't spec'ed on the EC table.
