This is radiated emissions. Typically, the end equipment will be enclosed and have some shielding for noise to find its way to earth ground rather than radiating outside the enclosure.

You can try to minimize some of the noise though by looking for any ringing that may be in power supply (such as the primary fet) and snub the ringing. Or you can try increasing gate resistor to slow down the FET ON time. These will effect the efficiency of the converter.

In general, however, the EVM alone would probably not be a good example for testing radiated noise as it has no enclosure.
