Hi team,
Customer tested TPS2378 EVM with the same POE adapter but they got an issue about Type 2 detection sometimes pass and sometimes fail.
They also had the same test on the competitor EVM with the same POE adapter and the Type 2 detection has never missed.
Do we have any idea for this issue? Anything we can do on our TPS2378 EVM to improve?
Customer mentioned if they use oscilloscope to measure VDD-VSS signal and the test fail rate will be higher.
If not measure VDD-VSS signal, some time test fail rate will be lower (measure T2P pin to check)
