TPS2490: UL Certification

Hello,

I am planning to use TPS2490 in one of my design. I couldn't find any UL approval/certification information about this in the datasheet. Is it UL approved ?

Hi Sreejith,

Welcome to E2E! Unfortunately, we do NOT have UL certifications on this part (or most Hot Swap Controllers).

Since the FET is external to the chip, we do not know what the system requirements will be and therefore cannot have the part UL certified. I hope this helps :-)
