TPS2363: UVLO detection

Part Number: TPS2363

Hi,

I understand the UVLO detection of TPS2363 as follows, is it correct?

■hot plug input voltages

SH33A/B and SH12A/B detect and the /FAULT pin is asserted.

■hot plug output voltages(slotA/B)

SL33A/B and SL12A/B detect and the /PGOOD pin is deasserted.

→In this case,is /FAULT pin asseted?

    Referring to DS 'Fault' section:

1st item. Fault trips do to OC, which I think you knowa and is clear. It will also trip if either section A or B is commanded on and the inputs are undervoltage. However, if Vaux A is low (below UVLO), then this will clear Fault so the wording is a little odd, I agree.

2nd item. Fault only acts on Vin and OC so if Vout isn't right for some reason, Fault should not assert. Pgood will.

It is best to check these on a board you have built to assure all is per understanding level here.
