TPS23754: Overshoot at PoE output

Part Number: TPS23754
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP6812

Hello TI Team,

We have a custom board having TPS23754 PoE IC.

We are facing some issues with the output of this IC. When we power up the board using PoE adapter, instead of getting 12V regulated output, we gets a peak of 19.6v for around 10.5mS and after this peak, we get the proper 12v output.

Due to this peak, some of the other sections in the design are being damaged such as switching regulators and all. I'm attaching the waveform of the output voltage and the schematics. Can you please check and let me know what can be the possible issue. Let me know if you need any input.

Thanks in advance.
