Please see below comments regarding the schematic:

I'm not sure what D30 and R102 is doing. Is this not installed? If this is a snubber, note that the active clamp circuit helps with the primary VDS spike.

If your solution is greater than 13W, you should be using the T2P signal to let you load know that a Type 2 PSE is connected.

I recommend looking at the posts below that describes why T2P is needed and how to use it.
