LM5072: How can I get the revision history of the silicon mask set?

Unfortunately, for this older IC, we do not have this information. If there was any change that effected its performance as shown in the datasheet (like the EC table for example), then it would have been recorded on the datasheet as a spec change.

Thanks for the fast response. Are the data sheet changes from Rev A to Rev B and Rev B to Rev C available? I am trying to compare old parts to new parts.

After looking at our literature database, it only contains the TI datasheet REV D. Is there any specific issue on your current boards that's not occurring your old boards that we can review? Thanks!

In the ideal world, I'd agree. However, not all parameters in the data sheet reflect the performance of the device. In fact, I just had a manufacturer tell me about a simple process change that didn't affect performance and it looks like it did.
