TPS23754: Device can not work in low temperature condition

Hi,

The device was MP already and got some devices needs RMA. This device failed while operate in low temperature condition (under 0 degree C)

Could you please help to check that is there anything can fix this issue, thank you very much.

Do you know what specifically the fault is at low? Is a part getting damaged?

Hi Darwin,

The fault is can not startup, and no component damaged.

Hi Chentsu,

Is it not passing class/detection? If not, can you send a waveform of VDD-VSS.

If the converter is not starting, but class/detection is occuring, could you show what Vc is doing?

At what point does the startup fault occur?
