How do we integrate this mosfet in our circuit, there are no pins to put it on our bread board
The CSD16407Q5C is a surface mount device and would need to be mounted on a pcb, with no external leads it is not possible to effectively bread board this device and maintain a reasonable thermal solution.
In reply to Chris Bull:
Can that mount be found at any circuit store?
In reply to Le:
You can purchase an evaluation module through TI.com at http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/csd163cevm-591.html
The EVM is populated with the CSD16322Q5C and CSD16321Q5C, these devices can be removed and replaced with your preferred choice of devices. These devices can also be ordered directly from TI.com.
In reply to Quynh Nguyen97:
The CSD16322Q5C has lead in the die attach material, similar to many power MOSFETs.
This means the device is RoHS compliant (or exempt) when using exemption 7 in the RoHS regulations that allows the use of high lead solders for die attach.
