  • FDMS86252 - 150V FET, no cross
    FDMQ8205 - Not a discrete FET, no cross.
    FDS86242 - 150V FET, no cross
    FDD86110 - 100V DPAK, nothing P2P, closest would be CSD19534Q5A or CSD19533Q5A
    FDMS86252 - 150V, no cross
