    Most of these parameters can be found on the datasheet. 

    1) Max operating temperature: 150 deg C

    2 - 3) Not sure what you mean by typical power dissipation. The device can handle up to the max power dissipation, given the thermals provided on the datasheet, which is 3.1W. 

    4) Typical 40 degC/W, Max 50 degC/W

    5-6) These parameters are a function of the amount of copper used and are entirely dependent on your board conditions and layout. Please refer to the datasheet (min copper vs. max copper) for an example. 

    7) ~100mg
