Hi

Our customer would like to get the SOA curve of  "Vds and Ids" for CSD86360Q5D and CSD95372AQ5M.

i.e

There is  the SOA curve of " temp and current" on the datasheet.

But do you have a data like above?

    Hamamoto-san, 

    The SOA you have shown for discrete parts is specifically shown for hot-swap or ORing applications where the MOSFET is operating in the linear region. 

    These power block and power stage parts are designed for sync buck applications, so those types of SOA curves do not apply, nor is the data gathered. 

    Can I ask why the customer is interested in this information?
