suggest P-channel MOSFET

Hi friends,

could you suggest me any mosfet available on TI of following configuration.

it is very tough to search on TI's site.

P channel Mosfet

Drain-Source Voltage VDS =-80 V

Gate-Source Voltage VGS = ± 20 V

Continuous Drain Current ( at V(gs) = -10V ) is ID = -14 A.

Pulsed Drain Current I DM = -50A

Dharmendra,

You have come to the right place, but unfortunately we don't have these FETs at this time. What was the reason in particular you wanted P-Channel FETs for this application?

Its ok. brett. I will manege them from elsewhere.

btw would you please provide me the link where the P mosfet available. There are only N channel mosfet, I able to find.
