My customer is using CSD23203W .
Could you let me know the ψjt of this FET?
In datasheet, there is only θJA.

    It is impossible to measure a junction to case for this FET as the entire device is silicon (there is no case). The only measurement we are capable of making is junction to ambient.

    Could you advice me?
    Maybe my idea misunderstand.

    - I think that parameter for calculating ψjt is from a junction to top for this FET.
    I don't need θjc.
    Is it possible that ψjt is calculated?

    - In case Chip Scale Package, ψjt is very small value.
    I think that junction temprature is about top tempurature.
