Automotive Qualification of NexFETs

Many of the part numbers for NexFETs have a 'Q' in the suffix.  In other TI product lines, this signifies an automotive qualification.  Is this true for the NexFET line or does the 'Q' signify something else?

Additionally, are the NexFET components rated to a JESD47F classification or otherwise characterized to a reliability standard?

Thank you all.
