Dear all.
Would you please teach me the value of EAS at the L=0.01mH and 0.001mH.

Our customer need small inductance data for theire design.
If you can't be tested, can't it be calculated?
Eas=806mJ
Vdss-Vdd=100V (estimate Vdss=115V, Vdd=15V)
t=IxL/E=127us (Triangular wave)
(square wave / approximation) = 63.5us same as Figure 10 (100us point)
BTW, s plot makes the same point to Figure 1 of page4.
Zθjc=0.04degreeC/W
Pd=100V x 127A =12700W
(delta)T=12700 x 0.04 x 0.4 =203degreeC
Rθjc=0.4 degreeC/W
203 x 0.4 = 81.2
25+81.2=106.2 degreeC (channel)
Is this correct?
And would you please send me your culculation.
Regards,
PAN-M
Unfortunately, I confirmed this week that we do not have the capability of measuring values less than the 0.1mH provided in the datasheet.
