Does TI support pre-bending of CSD19536KCS Mosfet leads. If yes, what is the cost for that activity considering annual qty of 40,000 pcs.

This depends on how do you wan the leads bent. Is there a way you can detail this for us, or is there a competitor's part you want us to replace that we could see the footprint of?

I looked into this and it looks like we do not have that capability.

Have you looked at using a D2PAK / TO-263 option for your application?
