design data for the WSON (DQK) package?

i want to use the CSD13202Q2 however i cannot find any design data for the package footprints. optimally i would like to have altium library elements. however i cannot find any design data:

www.ti.com/.../quality

is empty. also the search for the WSON (DQK) package resturns no result.
