I do not believe TI supports this type of model.

Hey Brett,

By 3D model, I mean Step file. You guys do not have that? I have used a lot of your power modules and all of those seem to have the part modeled already.

Ok I confirmed we do support STEP models but do not have one for this device / package yet. I have put in a request and our engineers are working on it.
