A similar TI device to replace Si7850DP?

Hi There,

Is there a similar MOSFET to replace Si7850DP? http://www.vishay.com/docs/71625/71625.pdf There is a reference design used this MOSFET. I am wondering whether TI have a similar one to replace. Thanks.

Thanks for coming to us. Closest device we have in a 5x6 QFN is the CSD18537NQ5A, and it is about half the resistance of the Vishay FET (so I am not sure how cost competitive it will be).

Just a note, this device is not logic level so you will need to drive it with at least 6V.

If you do not require footprint compatibility, we do have the CSD88539ND, which is a dual SO-8 that is closer in resistance to the Vishay device.

How is the FET being used in application (power supply, load switch, motor control)???

Power supply application. 12V boost to 38V to power TPIC84134 as the slur772. Thanks.

The CSD18537NQ5A will probably be the best for power supply.
