Switched capacitor switches

Please suggest me a MOSFET switch to design a switched capacitor converter with low Rdson, my requirement is 20V, 1A <100mohm Rdson.. Is there a BJT supporting this requirement? Fs~ 100kHz? Coz I don't want the Anti parallel diode in my MOSFET.

Are you space constrained? You may want to check out our FemtoFET line.

Anyway, here is a filtered list of parts that meet your criteria and would be a good place to start. There are 81 parts but I suspect a great deal of them will be overkill for 1A, so you should probably order by RDSON and select one of the devices with higher resistance so you aren't picking something that is overkill.

TI does not offer any BJT devices unfortunately.
