CSD16570Q5B request for SOA - are the Datasheet details from measured data and can it be shared?

What is the end application here though? If Hot Swap, we may have a better recommendation.

I know the CSD16556Q5B is a bit more robust for a similar price. 

Depending on your power conditions that may even be overkill. Do you know what the max power / voltage / current the part will have to sustain while operating in the saturation region? 

By the way, we have a presentation on hot swap and FETs on ESP you might want to glance at if you haven't already.

This is great - I shared the table and also teh CSD16556Q5B with the customer.  I didn't get the max power etc. details however he indicated he was looking to use 2 in parallel.  Can I get the SOA curves data tables for botht eh CSD16570Q5B and the CSD16556Q5B?

I am sorry. I re read your earlier question and I thought you just meant could you share with the customer that this was measured data. My mistake.
