replacement of 2SK881

My customer uses 2SK881 of TOSHIBA now.
However this device is EOL,
So I would like to replace 2SK881 with TI FET product.

2SK881 is special device, so please tell me the TI device that I can replace,

I have never seen a FET specified like this one, without resistance or drain to source voltage specified.

I could not find a complete datasheet on the web, but I can promise we will not have anything pin to pin compatible. Do they require pin to pin compatibility?

This is a small signal N-FET. Best device we have to replace it would be from our FemtoFET product line, probably the CSD15380F3.
