Hi,

Can I use CSD23381F4 in a +3.3V design for a voltage-to-current converter with an opamp?

What's the different between NexFET and FemtoFET?

Does this part come with both NexFET and FemtoFET, which I saw on DigiKey website?

Yes this should be fine but you need to make sure you consider the voltage range and current accuracy spec.

NexFET is the name for all FETs from TI, FemtoFET is a particular package of a NexFET MOSFET. The FemtoFET has no plastic surrounding it and is a wafer level package with an LGA (Land Grid Array) pcb interface.
