Due to unforeseen circumstances,

does the device be easily destroyed if the voltage was applied between the Drain-Source when Gate terminal is open state?

Also, do Absolute Maximum Ratings voltage is changed by this state?

It is my understanding that leaving the gate floating can lead to all sorts of problems. Let me confirm with our applications team.

(It can be a rough numerical value if is difficult to answer in detail.)

Sekiguchi-san,

If the gate is floating, it could be any voltage with respect to the drain or source. As such, we can not make any claim about what Vds will damage the part, because the abs max Vgs could be exceeded by any voltage.
