If you mean the tab on the device with the hole in it for heatsink mounting, then this is connected to the drain of the power FET.

It would be nice if that information was in the datasheet.

The information is in the datasheet already, on page 9 of the CSD19501KCS there is a table for pin configuration at the bottom of the page that states Pin2/Tab is the Drain of the device.
