Hi,
My customer is using CSD87381P on their product. When they did re-work on their board, they found some ink dye like smudge at the underside of the part, The smudge is brown / black color around the land pattern as shown in the attached picture, which shows the underside of the part.
My customer wants to know what is this ink dye like material, and will it has any functional effect on the device ?
