Hi Support,

CSD16301Q2 die after turn OFF, it is found dead with not able to turn ON, the mosfet will exhibit low impedance on all between its legs (GDS).

Request for review.

It sounds like you are saying the FET has been shorted, correct? Are you asking why this occurred?

I will need to review this with my applications team but most likely, they will need more information than just the schematic.

It is unclear from the schematic exactly how the FET is being used in this application. Is it just a load switch?

Waveforms of the FET in use would be helpful. Also, what are the electrical conditions the FET is subject to? What voltage is the FET expected to block, current through the FET, switching frequency, gate voltage?
