Respected sir/madam,

I am using TMS320F28027F microcontroller for my application. Can I trigger CSD15380F3 Mosfet directly trough GPIO pins of the controller without adding any driver?

MOSFETs are fairly robust and only require a constant Vgs to remain on so as long as the TMS320F28027F can apply a gate bias of at least 2.5Vgs and does not exceed the max Vgs of 10V, I see no reason it cannot be used.
