1. In datasheet: Do not start the driver in the very low power mode (SKIP# = Tri-state). What time after start up can I set SKIP# = Tri-state?

After VDD is above UVLO rising threshold and the driver is active, SKIP can be set to Tri-State.

2. In Ultra-Low Quiescent (ULQ) Current Mode can I set PWM pin PWM=H, L, or Tri-state? What will be on DRVH, DRVL?

In Ultra-Low Quiescent (ULQ) mode, the Power Stage will be off, both DRVH and DRVL will be low no matter what voltage PWM is. Only a small portion of the driver circuit is still working.
