CSD75208W1015: drain-to-drain capacitance

Part Number: CSD75208W1015

Hello,

I'm developing a product with multi-modal lines on it which may carry high-speed digital data, but may also supply 3.3 or 5v through a CSD75280W1015. I'm trying to determine the frequency response with those devices are attached to the line and disabled (pulled to 3.3 or 5v, same as the rail being supplied by the device). I'm not sure how to model these transistors for this purpose. My current thinking is that I can just reduce these guys to capacitors between my signal line and the rail, so I just tried to request the capacitance value from TI support chat, and was directed here. I understand that this may be an uncommon use case, but I need this functionality for my application, and relays are too large.

Thanks,

Ben
