I'm considering replacing generic diodes like the BSS123 and/or BSS169 with a small FET in diode more (=keep the fet off and use the body diode as pure diode)...
In particular I was considering CSD19538Q2 as solution, but I have no data for the body diode...
does soweone have exp. in that? I made already in the past with other projcts but never with NextFET
